Garage Door Remote Not Opening

If the remote works from inside the garage but not from the outside then most likely the antenna wire on the garage door opener itself may be damaged broken or not in visible range.

My garage door will not open even when i use the remote i have no way to enter. It will open from the wired button but no remotes. When in one of these modes it may open once using the remote then must be unlocked from. My garage door won t open with remotes or even with the remote programmed in my truck.

Ensure the door isn t in vacation or lock mode when it won t respond to the remote from the outside. Then within 30 seconds hold the button on your remote for three seconds or until garage door opener s lights flash or the led light on your opener blinks.
