Cooled down a 200 square foot room in less than 8 minutes in 90 degree heat. The unit is designed for the window sill s installation. Cools quickly and is relatively quiet when compared to other portable models i have purchased previously. The only downsides to the unit are that the led display which shows the temperature does not turn off when you turn the unit off and it is very bright which can be distracting when trying to sleep.

The unit is super quiet for this size product but it does not cool the room very well. I m over 60 years old and had no trouble installing this window air conditioner into a window that is at eye level. This was not our experience. I turned it to 62 degree the lowest it can get but the air it blows out is only slightly cooler than the room temperature.

The fan is quieter than a window unit but it s not just the volume of the noise it s the type of noise. 5 0 out of 5 starsliterally looking forward to purchasing more of these.
